As a former marketing executive for produce clients such as Avocados From Mexico and the North Carolina Sweet Potato Commission, I have a deep understanding of wholesome food, consumers and how to bring the two together. From cooking in test kitchens, to production facilities and restaurants, I've found my favorite way to cook is developing recipes for brands and products that I feel personally connected to. I love fruits and vegetables for their flavor, aesthetics and abilities to nourish and heal.
