As a former marketing executive for produce clients such as Avocados From Mexico and the North Carolina Sweet Potato Commission, I have a deep understanding of food, consumers and how to bring the two together. From cooking in test kitchens, a commissary and restaurants, I've found that my thoughtful cooking is best applied to intimate projects with a purpose.
